My Notes

Edit
MOTIVATED SELLER!!!
This home is an amazing striking 2 Bed/2 Bath townhome! Both bedrooms are like master suites on opposite sides of the townhome. The layout of the townhome is much different than other townhomes in the area with high celling's and a bright floor plan that offers a large area feeling. Snuggled in the front section of a very secured gated area with wonderful neighbors. This community offers private and very low traffic streets. Minimal noise and lots of pool fun. Great location-close to I10, 101, 51 Freeway, & Desert Ridge. Some painting needs to be finished due to high ceilings, but for the most part is move-in ready with a washing machine included!

What I love about the home

This home is PERFECT for a single person, couple who loves to travel or a small family. Every thing is on the second floor with the garage underneath. I loved that this home was very safe for me and as a single female I felt very safe living there. I would also walk around outside after dark and feel safe. Heating and cooling in this home was also very cost efficient. Highest cooling in the summer was normally around $100/month. My electric bill normally ran around $50-$75 depending on the time of the year and water bill ended up being around $20-$30, so very cost effective home. HOA is also very inexpensive at ONLY $100/month (which is a steal for most communities like this). Buyers please feel free to email me with questions. My job does not allow me much talk time, and emails are much easier for communication for me.

Market guide

Zillow predicts Paradise Valley home values will increase 1.7% next year, compared to a 3.2% increase for Phoenix as a whole. Among Paradise Valley homes, this home is valued 50.5% less than the midpoint (median) home, and is valued 52.3% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Paradise Valley, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 32.8% lower than in Phoenix, and 48.1% higher than the national average. This lower local number could help Paradise Valley home values rise more quickly than other regions in Phoenix.
