Beautiful, fully restored1919 cottage on a tree lined sidewalk street in historic Chickasaw. Updated plumbing, wiring and harwood flooing(per seller). A deck located off the breakfast room and bedroom, both rooms outfitted with french doors. Two full baths and plenty of storage in the floored attic. Fireplaces with original mantles in most rooms, give the home that special touch. though most are inoperable. Reeplace heat and air (per seller), built in bookshelves, updated kitchen with walk in pantry and separate laundry room (per seller). This property is not a drive by!!!
Neighborhood Description
Historic town just about 10+/- north of downtown Mobile, Alabama. Listed on the Historic register of the State of Alabama. New school system with friendly neighbors. Streets lined with Crepe Myrtle and Dogwood trees.
