The house includes a romantic master suite upstairs with fireplace plus two additional bedrooms and bath downstairs. The spacious living room and dining area, with ocean views, are accented by the fireplace and hardwood floors. The large grassy areas are studded with 150 year old Sycamore trees. The feeling of ample space is magnified by the Rustic Canyon creek running behind the structure. Included is a rare spacious structure which houses the two car garage.

What I love about the home

Sitting in the alcove over looking the front yard and watching the sun set over will rogers state beach. Sitting at the dining room table w coffee watching the waves crash on the beach; seeing the ferrel parrots take over the canyon on sunny mornings...being able to walk to the Hungry Cat, Sam's or Baldis and back to the house unfettered by a car.
