Loft-like condo in a trendy newer complex conveniently located adjacent to Old Town but not quite in it. Unit is on first floor and has fenced patio on Marengo with sliding door access. The unit right next door is used for a CPA firm with small signage so this must be allowed to be used commercially, buyer to check with the city themselves. Unit is very clean and compact lays out well, has small utilitarian kitchen, concrete floors, bedroom with double closets and very nice tiled bathroom. Unit has central air and open ducting in the ceiling as loft-type units do. Unit has laundry hook-ups inside the unit, complex has oversized parking places subterranean that you could probably put two cars in tandem. Tenant occupied and if buyer wants to occupy it is subject to tenant vacating which landlord has no control over.  More Less
