Sunny private back patio with room for patio furniture, grill, and your own garden/flowerbeds. Your own private trail to Cougar Mountain hiking and biking just a few steps away! Friendly community on quiet, private street. Easy access to I-90 on Exit 13 Lakemont/Newport Way makes for a quick 20-minute commute to downtown Seattle or 10 minutes to Bellevue. 1 mile from Issaquah conveniences like QFC and PCC Markets, Starbucks, Issaquah Movie Theater, and Issaquah Park and Ride (20-minute walk). You can walk to the Issaquah Park and Ride (1 mile) day or night using the new lighted trail from the community down Newport Way. There you can catch the 564 Express bus which goes directly to downtown Seattle.

Directly off Newport Way, so very convenient access to I-90. Quick and easy commute (~20-min.) to downtown Seattle. Only 10 minutes to downtown Bellevue.

What I love about the home
