218 Cambrian Ridge Trail is a recently renovated Townhouse in Pelham, AL. This is the one of the largest, if not the largest townhouse in the Cambrian Ridge neighborhood. On the main floor of the 3br/2.5 bathroom home you have a large eat in kitchen, laundry, living room, sun porch and half bath. On the second floor you have the master suite with walk in closet and attached bath with a separate garden tub and walk in shower. As well as the two additional bedrooms and bathroom. Cambrian Ridge is conveniently located with access to HWY. 31, I-65 and Hwy 33.
This home does not compare to most townhouses on the market.
new heat pump, upgraded flooring,custom front door, fresh paint, granite, stainless appliances and new lighting.

What I love about the home

I loved how easy it was to avoid traffic living in this home. The neighborhood has two entrances, one that comes trough from Hwy 31 in Pelham and the other that puts you out on Hwy 33(Oak Mountian State Park Road). When you leave heading out on 33 you can quickly decide if you want to hop on I-65 in pelham or drive on up to 1-19. Location wise it would be very hard to find any place with easier access. I loved sitting out on the deck with friends and family watching the beautiful view from the back deck.
