new roof, new paint job inside and out, fire place refaced, new carpet and linolium. New sink and bathtub in downstairs bathroom. New storm doors on enclosed back porch. Hardwood floor in upstairs bedroom. Lot next door to left of house included in price (3500 sq feet)When added to the 3500 square foot lot with the house it gives you 7000 square feet. You could easily build a garage and additional living space.
Neighborhood Description
The neighborhood is quiet. We are near a main road. We are just a short walk to the park and good sledding areas when it snows.

What I love about the home

We loved our home. We have nice views of pine trees and you feel like you are in a tree house. It has beed a wonderful place to raise our family. It is only a 5 to 10 minute walk to the park depending on how quickly you walk. Bus stop, county yard, community center, Fire station and water company near by.
