This NE St Pete block house is solid. It's 910 sq/ft and is 2Bed.1Bath with a 1-Car Garage built in 1961. The house is in a nice area just north of 83rd Ave N and east of 4th St.
The house is in decent shape and will need basic cosmetics and some light rehab work to maximize its potential. It has Terrazzo and tile flooring throughout. The kitchen was updated a few years ago with wood cabinets and granite counter tops. It's still in pretty good shape, but will need a little work. The bathroom is dated and older, but is fully-functional and can be kept mostly as-is. The house is going to need painted and some other minor TLC and fixes.
