My Notes

Edit
Amazing, totally restored Twin in the Heart of Newtown Borough! Past & present homeowners have valued & preserved original interior & exterior aspects of the house & every attempt has been made to maintain its historical intergrity. Many original fixtures, two fireplaces with mantles, random width wood floors, windows and plaster molding have been preserved. All new paint, wall paper & paint treatments; all wood floors refinished. Baths, kitchen and laundry room were totally replaced and updated. Two zone high velocity central air. New electrical service. The house has been the subject of several artists~~~ work, featured on the Historic Society~~~s house tour & was the winner of Victorian division of the Christmas decoration competition. The house has been photographed & featured in several publications, including The Philadelphia Inquirer & Bucks County Magazine. Located in the historic district & just a short walk to restaurants & shops. Low taxes!

What I love about the home

Many original fixtures, two non operating fireplace, woodburning stove in kitchen. Lots of room and storage that is hard to find in a house of this era.
