There are homes I visit that make me question if the owners ever lived in it. It is so clean and organized that it is hard to believe it is not a model home. This is just such a home. It is neatly nestled on a partly wooded 2 acre lot. The professional landscaping, brick front and rich hip roofs offer great curb appeal. Upon entry you are greeted with cathedral ceilings that run right through the depth of the home. the dining and family rooms are separated by a unique staircase leading to a second floor walkway overlooking the first floor. Flanking the foyer are the dining room with reverse cathedral ceiling & large window with 1/2 circle transom and the living room which has french glass doors. The family room has a real fireplace, plenty of windows and is open to the breakfast peninsula in the kitchen area. the white kitchen cabinets are a nice contrast to the granite counter tops and large under mount sink. A full array of built-in appliances add beauty and practicality to the area. the decorative tile floor leads to the nook area. The nook overlooks the deck, patio & in-ground swimming pool in the rear yard. the first floor is completed by a full bath, which is great when you have a pool, and a laundry area that has built-in cabinetry. the master suite has a cathedral ceiling with fan and a master bath that has to be seen to believe. It has many different ceiling angles, tile surround Jacuzzi tub, separate shower & large vanity. There is ample closet and storage space throughout the home and especially in the bedroom areas. the 3-car garage was not enough. there is another 2-car detached garage with openers & electric service. And yes, not to forget the custom heated in-ground swimming pool with patio surround and deck with a sun setter awning. There is also a storage shed for the pool equipment.
