Very large two-level top-floor condo in quiet cul de sac in the center of SF. Large living room with fp, formal dining room opens to completely remodeled kitchen. Two bedrooms, fully renovated bath, and sunroom complete this level. Upper level is large master suite with two decks, a fully renovated bathroom, and tremendous views from both decks. Two car parking plus storage in huge garage. Featured by The San Francisco Chronicle.

What I love about the home

The views from the East deck encompass almost bridge to bridge vistas while the West deck offers full city panoramas. It is spectacular to wake up to the sunrise in the master suite. Updated bathrooms (9/11) with new everything. We also added a new Bosche dishwasher, as well as a brand new hot water heater.
