This low maintenance unit is move-in ready and has been much loved and cared for by it's current owner. Convenient to downtown Brattleboro, you could easily walk to the Food Co-op and Brattleboro Museum. The new ceramic floor tile in the kitchen and dining space is gorgeous. The living space is large and bright. Half bath on first floor, full bath on second. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor. Morningside Commons have an excellent reputation for energy efficiency as well as being a quiet and friendly place to live.
