Great neighborhood with sidewalks and convenience to shopping and highways. Oversized split level with additional finished space in lower level which could be inlaw or room for older child. There is a full bath and closet there as well as ground floor entry thru the garage. There are 4/5 bedrooms and 3 full baths in the home. First floor has living room with hardwood floors. Beautiful remodeled kitchen with black granite counters and backsplash. Large eating area here can accomodate a dining room table and hutch with hardwood floors here as well. The cozy family room has a brick wall, cathedral wood paneled ceiling and a greenhouse recessed window for plants. The enclosed sunporch is perfect for large family picnics and leads to a brand new oversized deck with privacy walls to block off from street side. Level yard has great space in both the backyard and side yards. There is a shed that conveys with the property. The upstairs of the home was expanded and includes four great size bedrooms. All have ceiling fans. One of the bedrooms is the size of two rooms combined and also has two closets. The master features a full bath, hardwood floors and a walkin closet. There is also a huge extra lighted walkin closet in the hallway. Generous sized main bathroom in hallway as well as attic with pulldown stairs. The lower level of the home also includes the laundry room and a walkin pantry. Storage is not a problem in this home! Newer windows, roof and furnace.
