Lovely 2 bedroom apartment, 24 hour doorman building with elevators and laundry on the first floor, lots of natural light and beautiful high end furnishings.
Through the front door you?ll walk into the open concept dining to living room area which provides a nice flow and wonderful natural light from the south facing windows. Beautiful hard wood floors run throughout the apartment giving it a homey and cohesive feel. The front room also has a huge closet with extensive built-ins for extra storage.
Turn left into the kitchen which is equipped with a Viking Stove, high end stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Across from the kitchen are both bedrooms. They are TRUE bedrooms, similar in size and both are big enough for queen or king beds as well as necessary furniture and both have full closets and get lots of natural light.
Across the hall from the second bedroom is the bathroom which includes a full size tub and 2 sinks to make it easy to share the space.
Believe me, you will love this apartment and the neighborhood! In our humble opinion it truly has all the best NYC has to offer.
The location can?t be beat! The building is nestled between 2 parks with Morningside Park to the North and Central Park just across the street and the building sits directly above the B,C subway line (no long schleps to the subway!). Columbia University is also just a few blocks away.
There is a grocery store attached to the building, a bodega one street over (or a 5 min walk to Whole Foods) and a dry cleaner & cafe across the street. You will be right on Central Park - great for running, biking, roller blading, reading in the park, etc. There are dozens of tennis courts within walking distance. Many amazing restaurants in walking distance as well as a number of gyms nearby including, NY Sports Club, Equinox, etc.
