What I love about the home

Private/quiet location with fabulouse Alki/Sound view. Low assessments! One of the 24 units is owned by the association and the rental income keeps assessments low. Totally remodelled inside and out - no worries, it's all paid for, done & move-in-ready. The view & location. Feel like your on vacation all the time! Bonair Dr is a short cut down from the Admiral District. So many wonderful things... call for more info.
