What I love about the home

I love how light and airy it is. It is spacious with a good connection to the out of doors. The staircase is extra wide, but it is tucked away from the entry area - very private. The kitchen is open to the family room which is quite large. The master suite is spacious with an extremely large master bath AND a large master closet. I LOVE the view from the upstairs family room. Children's bedrooms are large and airy. The home is really clean in and tiptop condition. Move right in. Despite Rockwell Drive being a wider street, there is a strong neighborhood. Not too far from anything - Nugget, walking paths, golf, freeway. I would be so happy to live here - could do it in a heartbeat.

The Zestimate is too low. Faulty estimate of $204/sf vs. ACTUAL of $294/sf for the 10 Wildhorse sales in the past 6 month. Perhaps they don't know it is 3700 sq ft???
