Great location, in the middle of town. Near all city services. The Rogue River is just down the street. Split floor plan. Elderly owner has trouble getting around, so home is a little messy. Two bathrooms had leaked. New roof approximately 5-years ago on one side of home. With a little TLC, great value for the price. Property has fenced backyard and fenced for a pet.
