Neighborhood Description
Seattle top in-city neighborhood. Five blocks from Queen Anne Ave - - a lively shopping district with top-rated restaurants, galleries, parks, stylish boutiques and children's stores, athletic clubs and of course, a thriving coffee scene.
This location can't be beat. It's a mere two minutes down hill to highway 99, and about 4 minutes downhill to Mercer street-the main feeder to I-5. You can walk or hop on the bus to Seattle Center and the sports facilities, theaters, and Belltown. Cab fare to anywhere in downtown ranges from $6-12. 

What I love about the home

Lower level works as 4th bedroom/guest suite. Top quality everything. Wired for stereo and cable in every room and the roof deck. Double pane windows so inside is very quiet. A wonderful alternative to the dark, old, waterlogged and dry-rot ridden Craftsman's around the neighborhood.
