This loft style unit, situated on the 2nd floor of a 4 story low rise building, has a spacious open floor plan and is a rare corner unit with high ceilings and tons of amazing natural light. The unit has recently been renovated with modern touches to reflect luxury living at its finest. A new kitchen island has been put in which includes a built in dual zone beverage refrigerator and separate built in microwave along with new bamboo cabinets for extra storage. There is one master bedroom and one regular bedroom. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with dual sinks, shower with rain style shower head, tub, toilet and huge bathroom mirror. The master also has an adjoining semi walk in closet. The second bedroom has it's own full closet and large window with great views. Smoke detectors in both rooms (and kitchen). New carpet in both bedrooms.
In unit laundry:
There is a laundry room inside the unit with modern washer and dryer. This room also has space for additional storage.
The building:
The building has secure access (you will receive a private code for entry into the lobby - access facing Blake St) so the building is very safe. The garage can be accessed by security code or by garage remote as well. The unit is located on the 2nd floor so you can either take the elevator up or take the stairs.
You can't find a better location! The unit is literally on the corner opposite to Coors Field. During game days, you can hear the crowd from your living room or patio! Never have to worry about getting to the ballpark or worry about parking again. The building is right next door to Breckenridge Brewery and only a 4 minute walk to Blake Street Tavern and host of other restaurants and bars. Denver Union Station is just under a 10 minute walk so you can easily get to Pepsi Center or Mile High Stadium as well. If you plan on biking, the entire downtown area is only minutes away (16th St. Mall Promenade, etc).
Application Process:
Interested applicants will be required to forgo a credit check and a background check. Applicants will also need to provide 6 months pay stubs and/or 6 months bank statements providing proof of funds. The application form below will help with finding a suitable candidate and once that candidate is selected, there will be a formal application and a lease that will need to be signed.
