Open and bright condo with street level access and great views of the water. This end unit condo has two beds, two bathrooms with marble countertops, and extended hardwoods throughout the living area. The kitchen has upgraded cabinets, granite counters and offers great views of the water. Outside you'll find a large entertaining deck with views of Elliott Bay and private covered garage parking. Easy street level access as well. For added peace of mind, home comes with 1 yr FREE home warranty.

What I love about the home

The views, the space/layout, and the accessibility! Enjoy hardwood flooring in common areas, carpet in bedrooms. Both bedrooms are large with closet space and bathrooms. You'll see Elliot Bay views from the MBR, Kitchen, DR, LR. All rooms have windows! Enjoy grilling on the balcony and hosting city soirees. As you do your grocery shopping you can utilize the secondary bldg entrance which is street level. (Yes, it's odd, but awesome, the 2nd floor is street level, above the garage).
