You don't live in a complex, you live in a premier community. You are purchasing a home and are getting a community with amenities that strive to bring families together. Living in Hedingham includes access to more amenities than anyone would expect. Not only is it located just minutes from downtown Raleigh but it also offers golf everyday at Hedingham's 18 hole par golf course. There are both single-family homes and townhomes in this development - the town homes were built between 1988 and 2003.
