What I love about the home

Beautiful view of the Lafayette Hotel from house, front yard and back apartment. This hotel was the Imig Manor and such stars as Bob Hope, Betty Grable, and Ava Gardner stayed there back in the 40's and 50's. This home has been used as our family business since the 50's and has been updated many times. Located between 163 and 805 and just off of freeway 8. Minutes to the Zoo and Balboa park, about a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. Many parks within walking distance, Morley field with many tennis courts, velodrome, Municipal pool, baseball fields, picnic areas, dog park, playground, frisbee golf and much more. Trolley park is also close by, about a 5 minute walk and includes a playground, summer concerts, and many other interesting activities. Located in Univ.Heights and just a short drive to the beach, mall, and within walking distance to many great restaurants, some within a block. Great gym just across the street and open for all of your fitness needs. Close to Hillcrest, South Park, North Park and only a short drive to anywhere in San Diego. There are too many things to state about the home..... updates are many and many more are currently underway! This property has so many possibilities, restaurant, family business, office spaces, private home...... wonderful street access with yellow zone immediately in front of address.
