You need to do a better job at evaluating home facts. You deducted with additional amenities ie. fireplace, private laundry room and additional den/office. In addition, this unique was upgraded in 2010 with stainless steel appliances & granite countertops

This contemporary condo has a private entrance, open floor plan, perfect for entertaining and relaxing with a wood burning fireplace and windows that overlook tree-lined views on desirable Lake Street. The kitchen was remodeled in 2010 with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, ceramic tile floors, ample cabinet space and pantry. The bedroom is privately situated with wool carpet. The building was remodeled to the studs in 1998 with seismic, structural, plumbing and electrical systems. Pest report zero! Walk score 85. Within walking distance to multiple trails, beaches, restaurants, grocery shops and transportation to downtown is 20 mins!
