Outstanding home with hardwood floors through main, 3 bedrooms on the ground (main) floor including the master and 2 baths. 3 bedrooms in the basement with a large family room and another large media room.
Well cared for and always improving. Clean family, clean and nice home.
Home is located in one of the most amazing neighborhoods in Utah, including ownership in a nearly 4 acre park with direct access off the back of the home. It is a dream location for families and people who love a close community. The backyard opens directly to the park, but is fenced so there is a layer of privacy with the great space the park offers.
Neighbors are amazing, park is amazing, community is amazing, home is perfect.

Neighborhood Description
Close community, brought together by the private park and amazing people. Diversity of age and personalities, and that makes it fun and interesting. Frequent neighborhood parties. It is the kind of neighborhood you only find in good old fashioned movies.

What I love about the home

Timp. with built-in granite desk and high-end book cases. Office is wired for high speed networking and has glass french doors. Great for a home office. Master + 2 bedrooms on the main floor. Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and extra wide staircase. Professionally finished basement with high-end built-ins for storage and entertainment area. Large play area in basement near media room. 3 bedrooms in basement, full bath, and large storage with adjoining cold storage. Twin decks on back of house with access from master and dining to large patio in backyard overlooking 4 acre private park.
