A short walk to Seville Square for concerts in the square, the bay front parkway with water edge access, restaurants, sports bars, galleries and museums. Monthly CAM fees include electricity, expanded basic cable, sewer, water, monthly pest control, garbage,maintenance of the exterior, swimming pools and landscaping and insurance on the structure. The complex features a large outdoor swimming pool, a heated indoor swimming pool with waterfalls, a fitness room, large community room with kitchen for entertainment, laundry room on each floor and keyed entry system. Two unassigned parking spaces for each unit. The unit is currently leased on a month to month basis with an excellent tenant who will stay or go, depending on the needs of the new owners. Must have a night before notice to show.
