Wood floors and smooth drywall ceilings with small recessed lighting. Widened door areas. For that open concept. New vinyl dual paned windows throughout. New dark wood kitchen with island and quartzstone counters. Family room showing redone fireplace with stack stone, a mantel (just in time for the holiday decor) and a new slate hearth. Updated baths with new cabs, mirrors and lights. All bedroom areas with neutral upgraded carpet. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room area. Outside new slab with covered patio. New concrete area around the clean sparkling pool. New sod, front and rear, plants in some areas along with mature trees. ( Try to get that in a new house! ) New comp roof on the house and garage in a color complimentary to the exterior.  More Less
