Walk in closet in one of the bedrooms. 2 underground secure parking spots, full size washer/dryer and water heater in unit, gas fire place. Included in the rent: gas, water, sewage, garbage, cable; tenant pays for electricity. Gathering room in the building with couple of exercise machines. Separate storage unit down stairs. Will have new carpet before move-in. I am the owner so the move-in date is fluid; tenant can move in as soon as all the updates I want are done to the unit. One year lease minimum, 2 year is preferred. Security deposit is half the monthly rent.
