FUN,FUN and EASY.if you don't want to cook just go down to the restaurant and eat or bring your dinner up to your condo in your elevator and you never have to go outside ..if there's bad weather. Owners moving to Fl. full time.. 
What I love about the home
everything....no noise from abuting owners, walls cellings and floors are extra thick...It is a totally care free living..in the middle of everything going on in Salem. You can walk to the movies, dinner (you can just take the elevator down stairs and not have to go outside and have a drink and dinner in the Regatta Pub or bring it upstairs to eat in your own condo...As I'm typing this I am looking at the canal and listening to the seaguls going by...
