Gorgeous Home 2 bed, 2 bath, plus best of office 2251 31st Avenue This is probably one of the most beautiful homes in the Sunset District of San Francisco. It has been completely remodeled with custom touches everywhere. The outside and interior walls are all in neutral, modern colors. There is a huge grassy, well-maintained yard that is completely enclosed.Garage has ample space for storage, although parking is driveway only. House has beautiful hardwood floors in a honey color, except the smaller bedroom, which is a cream colored berber in excellent shape. Bathrooms are Italian Marble. All new cabinets. Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. This is the biggest kitchen you'll see in San Francisco! Large bathroom has very large Jacuzzi tub with jets and a separate shower, 2 sinks, ample storage. Living room has bay windows and fireplace. There is a built-in office off the dining room with lots of shelf,cupboard and file drawers built-in. There is a 1 bedroom unit downstairs with separate entrance whichis not included. There is a single dad living there with his preschool age daughter. Theneighbors on both sides of this house are wonderful. Washer and Dryer in garage. Taraval Muni a block away Gardening included. What I love about the home

it is remodeled tastefully all with permits,feel like brand new confortible and beautifull.inlaw is great if you want to rent or for extended familly .one and a half block from muni public transportation,close shopping center and supermarkets.ten minute drive to the ocean,close to the restaurants etc
