Great 3 bed/1 bath house with updated kitchen, lovely fenced yard, hardwood floors, fireplace, may be decorative. Assessor's show's two bedrooms but there are three and all seem original, and have closets. Yard is wonderful, lays out well, house at front, nice grassy area and garage and large storage unit next to the garage at back of lot. Oversized two car garage with a work space and a 3/4 bath that would be great for cleaning up after projects or if you had company. The large storage room has a roll up door like a garage would, it could be an outside room, sort of covered patio, just a great house. It is uncertain what is original but it seems like most of it is, buyer to satisfy themselves.
