Great location! Across the street from the Denver University School of Business. This is a totally renovated condo near rapid transit, the DeBoer Park and the East Harvard Gulch Trail. The condo is in a secured building and it has been totally renovated--new paint, new granite counters, all of the appliances, with wood and tile floors throughout--incredible storage space. The condo is a corner unit so there is lots of light. One designated parking place behind the building. Condo has heat and air conditioning. Heat, sewer, water and trash removal are included in the rent. You only pay for internet/cable and electricity. The building has a laundry room on site. Available now. Rent is $996 per month and deposit is the same. Good references are required: prior rental history, current employment and credit check with a $75 application fee.
