What I love about the home

I bought this house because I am a professor at the University and wanted to walk to work and be part of the educational community. So, my favorite thing about the house is obviously its location (walk to UIHC in 2 minutes, walk to campus bus stop or city bus stop in 1.5 minutes, walk to law school in 5 minutes, walk to stadium in 8 minutes, walk to downtown Iowa City in 15 minutes). Inside the house, I enjoy sitting in the dining room with its 3 large windows that face the rear of the house. It's a nice room to have a cup of coffee and read a newspaper while watching snowflakes come down, or, if spring ever comes, a nice place to enjoy the foliage behind the home. I would recommend this home to someone who is similarly interested in being exceptionally close to the West side of the campus and the professional departments. If you aren't concerned about location, you can certainly find a newer/nicer home for the same price or less, if you are willing to go just a couple miles away.
