This is one of two on the property sold together. The other home ,232 ,is a duplex next door. Great homes and a great location. These homes have been well cared for by the owner/landlord. Conveniently located near downtown Gainesville and all its amenities. Must be purchased together with 232 NW 4th Ave--both on same tax bill and can not be divided.
