Neighborhood Description
When you are in this house you feel like you have your own slice of paradise with the palms, tennis court and pool - it is rare to find all this so close to Los Angeles for this price. This neighborhood is so convenient to everything! The newly renovated mall is a few minutes away with all the top brand stores and dining. There are lots of restaurants nearby as well as all the grocery, home improvement and big box stores. Yet, when you are at home there is no indication that there is even a city nearby it feels so private. Plus, if you need to get across the Valley you can go on side streets and never even have to get on the Freeway, same with going to the beach or Santa Monica. The neighbors have been very nice to us and helped us out a lot during construction. If you are going to live in LA this is a GREAT spot.

What I love about the home

The indoor/outdoor living this home offers is fantastic. Giving the great weather in SoCal its a wonderful place entertain year round. This home was completely rebuilt in 2007 with the idea of extended family and guests in mind and privacy for all. There is plenty of space for everyone and patios for entertaining downstairs as well as upstairs. This house is ready for a family (or two) to enjoy it.
