I love the main floor living area with the brand new hardwood floors, walls and ceiling. (In the Living room & Dining room) The kitchen is completely remodeled as well, with brand new oak cabinets and new counters and flooring. All freshly painted.
I am still working on painting the bedrooms upstairs and attic, as well as a fresh coat of paint in the basement. The house was just painted a beautiful beige w/ brown trim and a new roof was put on last fall. There is new water lines through the house, and ducts have been cleaned out. There has been nearly 30,000 dollars put into this house in the last year. There still is a few more repairs I need to make, but nothing major. I am thinking of renting, if I can't sell it right now. I know the market isn't good. The second floor houses 3 bedrooms and a pretty good size bathroom. There were six of us in our family. My husband and I and 4 kids. The attic is finished which is a huge living space.
Neighborhood Description
It is a good neighborhood. Many older families. Some with children. Very nice neighbors. I will miss them.
 

What I love about the home

I love the woodwork in this house, a lot of oak w/thick baseboards. The new hardwoods look awesome. I love the kitchen cabinets as well.
