Incredible location!! Live in the heart of downtown with breath taking water views. Steps away from in and outdoor concerts, restaurants, museums, galleries and the cultural center. This spacious Bay front townhouse has balconies that over look Pensacola Bay, the Maritime Park and downtown skyline. Enjoy the inviting pool and beautiful landscaping in this gated community. Tri level home has spacious rooms with a lot of natural light. Enter from your gated courtyard in to entry landing. A few steps up to main floor greets you with incredible views, large open family room, dining area, kitchen and balcony that overlooks the water. There are also steps leading down to the water from the balcony. Kitchen was updated with new cabinets and tile flooring. Level 2 consists of 2 bedrooms and bathroom and laundry. 2nd Bedroom has a balcony with views of the downtown area. Top level is all master suite. Plenty of room for a sitting area or office in the master suite. Balcony off the master for sunset water views. This unit is in very good condition and includes all the furniture. Monthly fees includes standard cable, pool upkeep, building/grounds maintenance and landscaping (including water for grounds sprinklers), pest control, all insurance (fire/windstorm/flood) for the property/structure, fire alarm/security monitoring, all common area exterior lighting/electricity, association management, land lease fee, and use of fitness room as well as community room with full kitchen. 

What I love about the home

You can walk to all the events, restaurants, shopping. Love the water views! Palafox Pier is just next door to moor your boat.
