Location is everything, Open the front door and be transformed. Direct OCEANVIEWS out to Good Harbor Beach. Watch the tide flow in and out of the meandering creek on the back side of the beach. Large grassed backyard with gardens, multiple decks for relaxing in the sun all views and living are orientated toward the ocean. A wonderful, well cared for home with many recent updates including a large granite/cherry and SS kitchen, open floorplan, views galore, upstairs is a master suite with its own sitting room, newer bath with tile and glass shower and private deck. Watch both the sun and the moon rise over the atlantic. A perfect home for downsizing year round or as a great summer get a way at the beach.
