Open kitchen with breakfast counter and separate dining room. Community includes 2 pools, tennis, shuffleboard, rec room with billiards and more. Beautiful grounds with many shady oaks and lovely walking paths. Close to shopping, hospitals, doctors and walk across the street to the Port Charlotte Cultural Center with its theater, cafeteria, shops, seminars, crafts, classes, library and much more! New roof in 2005. Building has been well maintained and the board has made improvements to the main building including upgraded plumbing, electric system, smoke alarms.
