The home is located at the back of a cul-de-sac off the main road in the development. Great for young children. The back yard is huge and completely fenced in. It even has a separate fenced in area with a 4 foot fence that may be closed off and used as a garden, keeping pets out of this area. Back yard also has a nice wood matching shed for extra storage or workshop. Back yard also has raised wood deck for sunning or picnic/barbecuing.
Brand new carpet in all three bedrooms and new vinyl floors in both bathrooms. Berber carpet in living room, dining room and hall. New garage door and new side and front doors. New shutters and gutter in front. Entire interior freshly painted in neutral colors. New blinds through out house.
New outdoor light fixtures. Freshly painted wood trim on front windows and front step railings. New plants in front border with weed covering cloth and fresh mulch. Unfinished walk up attic room over garage with heat and electricity may easily be turned into 4th bedroom. Washer and dryer convey, along with refrigerator, dishwasher and newer flat top stove. Furnace replaced within last 7 years and air conditioning unit replaced within last 5 years.
Neighborhood Description
This neighborhood is very quiet. An excellent place for children. The new Grassfield High School is state of the art!
 

What I love about the home

The finished attic over the garage has heat, air and electricity already in place. It could easily be finished to provide a 4th bedroom. The lot is totally fenced in with 4 and a half foot fence across the front and stockade 6 foot fence around the rest of the yard. It is the largest lot in Locks Landing. The back yard also has a nicely built matching wood shed for additional storage or workshop. French doors in back of dining room overlooking backyard. Backyard has beautiful rose of sharon bushes, hydrangeas, forsythia, camellia, and gardenia bushes. Raised wood deck, nice for picnic area or sun bathing. Oak tree over drive provides shade and cooling for house and cars. Home has electric flat top stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen sink disposal, and washer and dryer that convey. Furnace replaced within last 7 years and air conditioning unit replaced within last 5 years.
