Neighborhood Description
Great neighborhood of Reynier Village has 1920s-30s Spanish and Tudor-style houses mixed with newer single-family homes. Friendly neighbors. Gentrification is happening as young families move in and redo their houses. Many neighborhood children attend magnet schools and schools in adjacent neighborhoods via permit. Feeling of safety and security in low-crime area S. of Cadillac. People are out walking dogs and babies at all hours without fear. Near well-reviewed great new restaurants and art galleries in Culver City and on S. Robertson. All around, a very happening neighborhood.

What I love about the home

Comfortable large rooms, high ceilings, crown moulding throughout, surrounded by flowers, trees and hedges (and two apple trees!). Centrally located, yet peaceful and private. Gorgeous hardwood floors, TWO fireplaces, private deck/patio adjacent to small "secret garden" with splashing pond. Master bath and bedroom are large and luxurious. 10-minute walk from our house to local park (Reynier) without crossing a busy street.
