What I love about the home

Entire west side of house is 30ft cathedral ceiling with a stair that winds up through the middle to front living and dining from back entertainment area (Can host a 40 person pool party without stress.). Living room skylight and back wall all windowed looks out to a great pool view and a huge amount of light (but UV/IR treated glass means it's cool and low electric bills). Master bath has a giant walk in closet with a secret passthrough to the laundry room so it's possible to come and go to the master closet and bath without waking someone sleeping in the bedroom. Located directly between Marsh and kelly for street access, and 5 minute drive to Plano area with lots of good restaurants. Only 2 story on the block so with board on board fence pool party privacy is complete. Pool and spa are completely controlled by iphone or android or by a pc. Electric and water bills nearly nothing due to energy efficiency improvements ($96 for March electric bill with pool running every day and 70 degrees ac)
