Nice back patio and large back yard great for entertaining and play! The Zestimate is too low. There is a discrepencie in the public facts, Polk County Assessor's site, that the home is a 2 bedroom, actually it is a 3 bedroom and there is also 460 sq ft finished in the lower level.
