Custom home started in 1994, finished in 2000, occupied in 2002, this home is like new. The 40 x 25 foot, 25,000 gallon salt water Pebble-Tec swimming pool was added in 2005, using natural stone matching the local colors, so it will never look out of date. There is a swim up grotto with waterfall and a separate rainmaker waterfall. Pool has a Baja bench with umbrella hole for shady lounging. Vinyl fencing added in 2005 has a lifetime warranty and an RV gate. Driveway is circular, so you never have to back out into the street. Driveway gates are lockable. Inside, the 16 inch square tiles are set diagonally, a much more costly pattern than normal. The kitchen features a gourmet Wolf Range with stainless backsplash, extra-wide refrigerator with bottom freezer, herb-garden window, Corian countertops, and an island with a built-in trash compactor. There is easy RV parking, and vehicle access all the way to the back of the property, one of very few flat lots in the neighborhood. There are two attics with tons of storage. The inside attic has a pull-down stair, and is over 10 feet tall inside, and has lights and central vac. The garage attic has a pulldown stair, and spans the entire garage. There are three skylights, and the large one in the hallway opens to let the hot air out. There are two fireplaces. The main one has a gas starter, and the one in the bedroom has a propane firelog with remote control and a blower. The two full bathrooms have vent/heater combinations. The master bath has a double shower with glass door, and a jacuzzi tub next to the window and fireplace with dimmable lights with waterproof switching so you can dim them from the tub. Both main bathrooms have double sinks and tile countertops, and individually controlled lights over the tubs and showers. All three toilets were replaced in 2005. All rooms have ceiling fans, 8 total. Ceilings are vaulted, with recessed lighting and multiple switches. The floor has radiant heat for comfortable warmth at low cost. House is plumbed for future solar panels, with a boiler and heat exchanger that never run out of hot water. Front exterior wall lights are on timers. Front and rear yards have Malibu landscaping lights on timers. The roof is cross-hipped for a more attractive appearance. Both attics have attic exhaust fans with thermostatic controllers to get the hot air out in the summer.

This house is the nicest, newest home in the neighborhood, and can not be compared to others selling recently.
