Mostly single story home with a few steps from bedroom wing to kitchen, dining and living room. Located safely on the 6th fairway with views of two fairways. Beautiful colors with custom design and paints. Office with permit is not reflected in the county square footage. . . add 200 sq. ft. Wonderful gardens and decks indicates further pride of ownership. Super clean house inside and out.

What I love about the home

The office/artist's loft in the second story of the garage is a great place to work, develop great ideas and/or design exciting creations. The three Velex integrated copper flashing skylights bring in a wealth of sunlight, and there is a separate gas stove in this area to keep it nice and warm. The 425 sq. ft. back deck overlooking the gardens and golf course is wonderful for entertaining. New laminate floors and carpeting in 2011. (Laminate is ideal for coastal living.) The garden in our oversized lot simply puts a smile on your face. The California natural plants were selected for both bouquet and attraction of hummingbirds. Updated bathrooms and updated kitchen appliances, with new refrigerator and built-in microwave in 2013. New dishwasher and water heater in 2012.
