It doesn't show well but TONS of SPACE...2 bedrooms and full bath on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath on the second floor, 1 full bath and a room being used as a bedroom and partially finished area for tv and gaming in the basement. A great location for Bellarmine, U of L students or staff. Welcoming huge living room with hardwood floors on first floor and dining room currently used a second living room. Kitchen with updated cabinets, tile floor and stainless look appliances. Nice sunroom/enclosed porch off kitchen leading to back yard. Lower level with separate access. BRAND NEW ROOF just put on last week and New siding being completed this week.
