3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a nice and spacious main living area (living, dining, kitchen) - perfect for those who like to entertain! The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and counter top space for those that like a little extra room when cooking. Refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave stay. Dining area will accommodate a formal 6-8 seat dining room table.
Main living room is large with vaulted ceiling and the large front window lets in plenty of natural light.

Dedicated laundry room... washer and dryer stay. Crawl space entry is in the laundry room, very neat, clean, large crawl space - perfect for storage!

What I love about the home
We love that this is a wooded corner lot and there is plenty of space between us and the neighbors. The area elementary school is close by which is fantastic for families with elementary school aged childrenThe front porch and back patio are great places to sit and enjoy the summer weather. Back patio has room for a few chairs and a BBQ pit/grill. Long driveway is great to let the kids ride around on their bikes! I really enjoy the ample countertop space in the kitchen and really like having enough cabinetry to store all of our dishes/pots/pans and other small kitchen appliances (the corner lazy susan is fantastic!!). The crawl space below the house is a wonderful place to store things. Lots of room! It is accessed through a door in the floor of the laundry room. There are 3 raised garden beds in the front of the house also that are great for late spring/summer time plantings. Also, the 5 star energy rating is a bonus!
