      Market guide

Zillow predicts Bloomingdale home values will rise 3.9% next year, compared to a 1.6% rise for Washington as a whole. Among Bloomingdale homes, this home is valued 19.7% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 3% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Bloomingdale, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 59.3% lower than in Washington, and 66.7% lower than the national average. This lower local number could help Bloomingdale home values rise more quickly than other regions in Washington.
