Amazing custom home (built 2007) in Old Town Carmel Arts & Design District. Open floor plan w many built-ins and high ceilings. Kitchen w stainless steel appliances & granite counter tops. Hardwood bamboo floors throughout main floor. Beautiful upstairs master bathroom w stand up tiled over sized shower, separate sinks and stylish fixtures. Main floor office w built ins and an over sized two car garage. Trex deck added in 2011. Excellent Location!
Neighborhood Description
New construction in Old Town Carmel. This is literally as good as it gets. Location is perfect, neighbors are friendly, streets are low traffic, clean, and well maintained. There is no crime. Shopping, restaurants, library, high school, and art district are all in walking distance. Neighborhood has been featured several times in the last 24 months in both local and national media. Carmel Indiana was named #1 Best Place to Live in 2012 by Money Magazine.
