My Notes

Edit
Once-upon-a-time, a Young Businessman purchased his first apartment. It was love at first sight - conveniently located, brilliantly sunny with southern exposure and pin drop quiet, gorgeous hard wood floors, in a well kept doorman building with super low monthly maintenance charges. The second bedroom was his ideal "Man Cave", the refinished bathrooms were truly handsome, and the rooms were huge. Life was great. Shortly after moving in, Mr. Businessman met Perfect Match, and it was love at first sight. Perfect Match slowly acquired exclusive use of the enormous walk-in closet in the master bedroom and was persistent that the kitchen be expanded and undergo a high end renovation. No problem, and life was great. Fast forward a couple of years, and along came Perfect Baby and it was, of course, love at first sight. There was plenty of room, the Man Cave became a nursery and life was still great. This Happy Family is now contemplating a move to the suburbs and Baby Two, Baby Three and Baby Four. They prepped and prepared, and priced their perfect, love-filled home to sell. How and when will this magical story end? Cast yourself in this story so that life continues to be great. Offer the Happy Family your personal happily-ever-after and create your own once-upon-a-time.
