This is a spacious 4 bedroom semi on a quiet street in Millmont. There is a kitchen, dining room, living room, and a small sun room on the first floor. 4 decent size bedrooms on the second and third floor. All windows are replacement which will help with energy costs. There is a full basement with half bath and washer and dryer. There is a deep garage that could hold 2 cars end to end, and 2-3 car parking in driveway. There is a nice side yard and even a place to enjoy some gardening. This is a well kept home that you will enjoy living in! Tenant is responsible for water, sewer, heat (oil), trash, lawn, and snow. Owners plan to convert oil furnace to gas by Oct. 1 or credit one months rent towards oil. NO PETS. $35.- application fee for background check and credit check.
